After we transfered our Disposable email to a new server a few weeks back the site was down for about 5 hours and we at that time had no way of notifying our visitors what was about to happen we then had a cunning plan and decided to add a Support Blog this will then allow us to highlight what we are about to do say the server or alterations to the site design wise.
Its such a simple idea and works very well,it also allows our visitors to leave feedback on what type of new functions that they would like to see on the site and also if they are having issues using the site.
As yet we have not needed to add any comments and as they often say no news is good news.
